Sheet Metal Surface Treatment
The final step in sheet metal processing is a surface treatment performed after the sheet metal welding.
Surface treatment is an additional process applied to the surface. It is a process to add functions such as rust and wear resistance or improve the decorative properties to enhance its appearance.
For carbon steel materials, we utilize electrostatic powder coating and perform spray painting in our own painting facility. For stainless steel and aluminum materials, we offer spray cleaning operations to achieve clean and visually appealing surfaces.
Electrostatic Powder Coating
We use electrostatic powder coating and paint in our own paint factory.
Why Do We Choose Powder Coating?
- Thick film coating in one go:
Since the coating process can spray powder at a time with a thickness of 40 to 150 μm, an even coating film is formed. The volatilization of the solvent almost does not cause any surface defects (craters and pinholes). - Environmentally and health-friendly paint:
Powder coating is solvent-free, does not cause pollution problems during transportation, storage and painting, and is environmentally friendly. - High paint usage and economical:
When painting using recycling equipment, powder coating utilization can reach 90-99%.
Powder coating is very economical than a traditional liquid coating

Our Surface Treatment Feature
In-house powder coating equipment
- Paint Guarantee :
Each batch of paint comes with a colour swatch and product inspection report.
The report includes film thickness, paint condition, storage stability, curing conditions, surface condition, spray coating, particle size analysis, colour judgment, glossiness, pencil hardness, impact resistance, twisting, adhesiveness, and colour difference. - Quality assurance:
Our inspection equipment includes an X-Rite chromaticity meter, gloss meter, film thickness meter, and laboratory oven. We perform excellent quality control by evaluating accepted powder paint, coating processing quality to finished product inspection, colour difference numerical value, film thickness, adhesion, appearance and important size. - Official painting factory of a major American semiconductor manufacturing equipment manufacturer:
In 2018, our painting shop was approved as an official powder coating factory by a major US semiconductor manufacturing equipment manufacturer. - Two types of powder coating production lines:
Vertical oven: Large work (6000 x 3500 x 3000 mm /6 m x 3 m)
Hanging Conveyor Belt Oven: Small Work
Cleaning Operations Certified by Major Manufacturers
